This site was created
for the purpose of providing a creative means for individuals to exercise
CPR skills. It is not meant to be an all-inclusive training program, nor
is it meant to replace a traditional course. While it may be helpful for
promoting awareness about CPR to the untrained public, we recommend you
seek CPR training from a qualified source before attempting CPR on a real
patient in need.
There will be no refund for CPR Test fee. The CPR Test shall not be responsible for any failure to provide the Services, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control but the user accepts that it shall still be responsible for the payment of the Fees as if the Services had been properly provided. Refund is given if your request is sent within 24 hours and it was a duplicate payment from the online date you will be granted
a full refund less paypal administration charge. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds will not be considered for technical
problems resulting in you not being able to view CPR Test . In
exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management
CPR
Test expressly disclaims any warranty for this
CPR Test. The CPR Test is provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind, either express or
implied, including without limitation, the implied
warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non infringement. The entire risk
arising out of use or performance of this CPR
Test remains with you. In no event shall CPR Test
- shall be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, or other pecuniary loss),
arising out of the use of or inability to use
this CPR, even if CPR Test has been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
